Hi Craig, 

If you can get more info I think it would be a presentation of interest. How one can break it and how difficult it can be to fix it.   Especially if you have to get off your behind and catch an airplane.   

Back when I was running the dial up internet company I had to fly home from Calgary to sort a problem that Group Telecom had created.   Took me only a few minutes once here.   Then fly back to Calgary where I left Suzanne and kids to continue our vacation. 

Elapsed time to fix about 6 hours.
