Hi all
If you have no room in your fridge to defrost your Christmas turkey....
Put the Turkey in a bag in an ice chest on the balcony.  Put a battery run, deep-sleeping ESP32 with temperature sensor in the turkey bag
Write the receiving web page to text you when the temp gets to 4 Celsius.
Go back to bed....
