[VicPiMakers Projects] SSD case for the Pi4

Hi All,

A friend of mine in Ottawa has been playing with his Pi4, and getting it 
to boot from a USB/SSD. He found that not all cases are created equal, 
and some don't work. He did find that the following did work (booted).

For those of you who have a Pi4, and wanted to boot off of something
