weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m."

The term weekdays suggests the room is not available
Saturdays.  However, the booking web pages seem to
have weekends bookable.

Parking is usually limited to 90 minutes in most street
locations (metered), so attendees may have to move
their vehicles or risk a parking ticket.  Large garages
allow for more time, but I don't know how far away
they are from 709 Douglas.

Parking is not free and may be limited in that area of
town, having just tried to find parking on maps.

It's fine for buses / bicycles, probably.
