[VicPiMakers SG] SG Meeting 17 Oct at 5:45pm at The Monkey Tree

Hi All,

As I mentioned at the meeting yesterday, Q-College is moving in 
November, and Rachael McPherson has left to become the Manager of Accell 
Career College (in Victoria & Langford). I have reached out to Michelle 
Meadows at Q-College, but haven't heard back what our status will be 
during the transition to the new campus.

With that background, I propose a Steering Group meeting, to discuss how 
we can chart our way through these tricky waters, and continue in-person 
meetings. The proposed agenda is:

  *   Meeting Location for Nov/Dec 2022 (Part 1) (All)
      o   Rachael has left Q-College - now Manager at Accell Career College
      o   And Q-College is moving to a new campus, Michelle Meadows is
        charge
      o   Can we return to Camosun?
      o To de-risk Nov, I have made QF reservations for 12 & 26 Nov
        Saturday meetings
  * Meeting location for 2023 (Part 2) (All)
      o   Fall Classes? (Deid)
      o       Do we push them to Spring 2023 when our meeting location
        is more firm?
  *   Web server update (Cody)
  *   Treasure's Report (Craig)
  * Anything else we'd like to discuss

You may remember that the Monkey Tree has happy hour until 6pm (hence 
the meeting time of 5:45pm).

I hope you can join us, and help the group avoid the shoaling waters (I 
am in a nautical mood today)
