[VicPiMakers SG] Explore cellular data plans for vicpimakers at QF

Hello steering group
Today the  bandwidth on Quality Foods public internet hampered the hybrid
meeting.  I suggested we explore using cellular data service instead.

My freedom mobile service is probably similar  to other LTE services, and I
measured it at home at 35 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload.
This would be ample for Jitsi, given data rates reported by Craig today,
which were under one Mbps.

I have 17Gbytes per month on my data plan.  (I thought I had just 2Gb per
month, so Freedon's loyalty department added 5gb, and then i learned I had
10Gb per month hidden, free.  Total: 17gbyte.)
To ensure that at least one in-person attendee can provide tethered
connectivity, we should know of 3 people (to allow for absences) who would
be willing to give about a gig or two per month.  For each upcoming session
at QF,  we would need to know who will be attending to share their data.

I for one, would be willing to share my data.
