[VicPiMakers SG] Mask Mandate dropped, and meeting again in person

Hi Craig,

Thanks for putting this discussion out there. Cody and I think it is a good idea to aim to have in person meetings again starting Apr 9. We think it would also be nice to make these meetings hybrid so that others who still need to distance or who are far away can still join in.
