Hi Cody et al,

I've noticed an error in the mailto: links for subscribing
to the NetSIG and Projects mailing lists.

The href text is correct in that they are:

  netsig-join at vicpimakers.ca
and
  projects-join at vicpimakers.ca

but the href anchor is incorrect in that it is missing the
'-join' portion:

   a href="mailto:netsig at vicpimakers.ca" target="_blank" ...

and

   a href="mailto:projects at vicpimakers.ca" target="_blank" ...

There are at least two places where this is the case.  The main
page under "Join Our Mailman Lists" and the right side bar under
the same heading.

Thanks, if you get a moment to touch those up.  I have been
handling the occasional subscription manually, and just
noticed why it was happening.  No hurry at all.
