[VicPiMakers SG] Steering Group Meeting: 30 Aug 2021 at MonkeyTree Pub at 5:45pm

Hi All,

With Covid-19 on the wane, vaccinations on the rise, and the fall 
quickly approaching, it is time for a Steering Group meeting. I have 
canvased several of you, and the end of August has popped up as the best 
time to plan for our fall meetings. I propose *30 August, Monday at the 
MonkeyTree Pub at 5:45* (our usual place and time).

The proposed agenda is:

  * Meet and greet, seeing people in person again
  * Fall line up for presentations (so far) (Deid)
  * Another running of "Intro to Pi" sessions (Deid)
  * Logistics of running meetings (in-person + jitsi) (All)
      o QCollege continues to support us in using their location
      o Collecting donations
  * Web server update (Cody)
  * SIG Updates (Craig, Mark, Lynn)
  * Treasure's Report (Craig)
  * Anything else I have forgotten

Cooler temperatures are returning, after a nice hot summer. I am looking 
forward to seeing everyone again!
