Hi Mark,

Thanks for the kind words. I don't see myself as hard-working these days,
mostly lazy. If I was hard-working, I would have cleaned up the notes a bit
before sending them.

Anyway, we are all pulling together in the group, and contribute in our own
way.

I really appreciate you bringing your comment into the discussion about new
people. An excellent  observation, I hadn't made. We don't want to scare
off the new guys. And clearly we have.  Thanks again for bringing that up.
