Just an update from the powers that be about our Linux meeting place.

Hey QFBB’s (Quality Food Boardroom Bookers). I hope everyone has been
staying safe.
I had a discussion with QF Management and here are some points about the
Boardrooms:
- we may be weeks away from having use of the the rooms. A lot of moving
parts and compliance issues - so patience will help.
- current bookings will be honoured. If you don’t need the bookings, post
in a separate topic what changes you will like. Since the upstairs is still
closed, obviously it’s not possible to have a right to changes in the
agenda yet.
- prepare for much smaller room limits. Estimated 4-6 people in the small
boardroom and 8-12 in the larger room.
- groups can provide provisions to keep safe, such as hand sanitizer,
wipes, gloves, masks, etc. And have a plan to screen it’s attendees for
Covid19. 
It helps for us all to remember that this is a service to the community and
Quality Foods will put the health of its employees and customers as a top
priority. We can show our appreciation by remaining diligent, patient and
respectful.
