Hello all,

I had forgotten that Etherpad has an export machanism with several 
formats available, including HTML, and MarkDown. Here's a better 
formatted notes from our meeting.

May SG Meeting agenda

 1. Spring "Intro to Pi" sessions update (Deid)
 2. 2020 Presentations Schedule (Deid)
 3. 2020/2021 Presentation Schedule (all)
 4. Request for Preso by OPCUG (Ottawa PC User Group) (Mark)
 5. Discussion of virtual meetings.  What works and what could be improved.
     1. Slack for chat? Must send invites
     2. Loss of body language
         1. Have 2 instances of Jitsi running
         2. Hands up in chat

  * 5.3 Recording sessions
      o Where to host video? Youtube Private Links
      o Getting people's concent - Unanimous
      o Include folks who can't come on Saturday mornings
      o Moving forward - discussion at the next meeting

 1. Fall schedule.  What and will it still be virtual?
 2. Given that we are doing virtual meetings do we want to reach out to
    folks further afield?
     1. How do we market the idea? Website, social media, word of mouth,
        BC Robotics, Youtube (need to create channel (Cody) Stream to
        Youtube)
     2. MagPi Magazine (Don)
     3. Apply for a streaming key (Cody)
 3. Meeting Dec. 26 2021? Cancelled
