Thanks Michael,

We normally meet the second and forth Saturdays of the month at 10:00 AM.  What do you think about scheduling a meeting for Saturday 
September 22nd.  This should give time for start of semester to settle down.  Then if this works we can look at an ongoing schedule.

I have CCd this to our Steering Committee for their comments as well.
