[VicPiMakers Projects] Webinar on Python configurations

I'm too impatient to go through this entire webinar, but you can avoid this
situation using python virtualenv / venv. I think we've seen this at a
couple of our presentations as a side note, but it could be a useful
mini-presentation at one of our meetups.
