[NetSIG] February NetSIG/BeerSIG

Hi fellow NetSIG-ers,

I am away this month, but most have said you will do a BeerSIG while I 
am away (for some reason, I always miss these).

Greg mentioned that perhaps a different location from the usual 4 Mile 
Pub for the BeerSIG.

This email is to start that conversation. Sadly, I will miss this 
month's BeerSIG.

Next month, March, Greg will be sharing with us Prometheous/Grafana.
