[NetSIG] Q&A then beer/coffee for Nov NetSIG

Hi All,

We have had 44 NetSIGs since the Special Interest Group started back in 
July 2019.

I am thinking that some will have questions about those 44 topics 
discussed, so I am leaning toward doing a Q&A session then going out for 
Beer/Coffee (yes, I am going to make you earn your beer/coffee) afterward.

topics which we have learned about in the past 5 years.
