Hi netsig
Our computer club uses mailchimp to send out our monthly newsletter to 300
recipients.
We use cozyhost to host our website and mailserver
Our domain name registrar for victoriacomputerclub.org is namecheap where
we register ns1.cozyhost.space and ns2.cozyhost.space as "custom dns"
nameservers

We put events at victoriacomputerclub.org as the sending address in mailchimp
This is a forwarding address without a mailbox, but my problem exists even
with newsletter at victoriacomputerclub.org that has a mailbox.

Mailchimp gives detailed instructions
In their article About Email Domain Authentication <About Email Domain
Authentication: https://eepurl.com/dyij4X>, Mailchimp says that google now
requires authentication for those sending more than 5000 emails in
24hours, but they dont say whether that number is for all emails mailchimp
sends from all their clients, or just from us.

In Namecheap, trying to add cname records to our domain, in the advanced
DNS tab, for host records and for mail settings, it says *"You can manage
host records in your cPanel account, or transfer DNS back to Namecheap
BasicDNS to manage the records here. Change DNS Type
<https://ap.www.namecheap.com/Domains/DomainControlPanel/victoriacomputerclub.org/domain>"
*

I don't see options in cPanel to add cname records, and I don't know the
side effects of transferring DNS back to Namecheap BasicDNS, which might be
the best solution.

Advice or ideas?
