Serving The Web With A Slice Of Pi

Although small in size, the Raspberry Pi and other embedded Linux boards can be used as very capable web servers.

Instructor Don Woods will show you how to set up a Web server on a Raspberry Pi and get around the little snags to be able to access your Pi from outside your local network.

We have been discussing different aspects of the Network, however, we should also give consideration to Network Security. In fact, this should be part of your thinking when designing any network, not an after thought.

In this presentation/lab, we'll give a brief Introduction to Network Security and some basic pen testing tools.

Bring a laptop or similar device with Wireshark installed and we'll explore live Pen Testing in our "lab" network.

Afterword, we will go out for a beer/coffee.
