[VicPiMakers General] Are Pi's good for multiple things at same time?

So still researching Pi's.
I'm leaning towards waiting until Dec for a Pi5 but I am now wondering how
much a Pi can run simultaneously.
Specifically I would like to self host a VPN and a password manager as well
as run a pi-hole.
Could a 4b or a 5 run all 3 services? Or do Pi's run best as a one and done
system ( so in my case 3 different Pi's)
