"The NeighbourSpace is located downtown at 709 Douglas Street. Any <br>
organization or group of residents involved in community development can <br>
book the space to hold meetings and other activities. It is available <br>
weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m."<br>

The term weekdays suggests the room is not available<br>
Saturdays. However, the booking web pages seem to<br>
have weekends bookable.<br>
<br>
Parking is usually limited to 90 minutes in most street<br>
locations (metered), so attendees may have to move<br>
their vehicles or risk a parking ticket. Large garages<br>
allow for more time, but I don't know how far away<br>
they are from 709 Douglas.<br>
<br>
Parking is not free and may be limited in that area of<br>
town, having just tried to find parking on maps.<br>
<br>
It's fine for buses / bicycles, probably.<br>
