[VicPiMakers Projects] Alpine containers

In anticipation of the upcoming Alpine on a Pi talk, I'll note that I see a
lot of Alpine containers these days, even offline:

In my experience, compared to other containers like my beloved Fedora,
Alpine containers offer *fast service* (so small at <8MB for a functioning
OS!) and the *best price* (free and Free, but then so are most).
