I am trying to download fldigi on to my raspberry pi 4

I am looking for if necessary, a professional advisor to set up a ham, 
radio, digital application onto my raspberry pi four..

I am 82 I can’t read much anymore. You too I disease and I am 
three-quarter death, living in a retirement home here in Sooke. It.

If you can, please advise me about hiring a raspberry pie consultant to 
set up my amateur radio outfit..
