It looks like everyone is pretty flexible. After talking with Deid, Let's have the Potluck BBQ/SG meeting on:

Saturday 20 August at 3pm at Deid's house

This is a Potluck, please bring food others would enjoy as well ;-)

I'll post an Agenda for the SG meeting in the next week or so. We'll want to do some planning for the Fall season of meetings. Please let me know if there anything specific you would like me to put on the agenda.

Deid has kindly offered his backyard for Potluck/BBQ summer get together. The potential dates are:

  *   Saturday 20 August
  *   Monday 22 August

While enjoying each other's company, and good food, we could hold a short Steering Group meeting to plan for the fall 2022 meetings. All are welcome to attend the SG meeting.

Please let me know which date works best for you. We'll hold the Summer get together on the date that works for the most folks.
