[NetSIG] GCP presentation

Hey Folks

Looks like this GCP for Newbies presentation is attracting interest outside
our BC borders. I'm seeing folks from Alberta, the US, and Peru.

Is the firewall open to allow folks in on the Jitsi site? At one point I
think it was restricted by geo-region. I'm not sure if this is still the
case.
